Acquisitions criteria

Montara Capital Partners purchases well-positioned, income-producing properties throughout the country that provide steady income streams and solid returns to its investors. Specifically, Montara seeks to identify properties with predictable cash flows, underlying fundamentals for continued stability and growth, strong absorption rates, and solid tenant/re-tenant opportunities.

Montara seeks to purchase properties in the $10 to $150 million range. Montara will evaluate multi-tenant residential, single/multi-tenant office, single/multi-tenant retail, industrial, and flex-space investment opportunities for their 1031 TIC offerings. Montara has the ability to make preemptive offers and can accommodate shortened due diligence periods.
