Acquisitions criteria

Montara Capital Partners purchases well-positioned, income-producing properties in the western half of the country that provide steady income streams and solid returns. Specifically, Montara seeks to identify properties with predictable cash flows, underlying fundamentals for continued stability and growth, strong absorption rates and solid tenant/re-tenant opportunities.

Montara seeks to purchase properties in the $15 to $100 million range. Montara will evaluate multi-family residential, single/multi-tenant office and mixed-use investment opportunities. Montara has the ability to make preemptive offers and can accommodate shortened due diligence periods.
