1031 Overview

Our goal

Montara was founded in the heart of Silicon Valley where real estate hyper-appreciation, low to negative cash flow, and concerns about the impending real estate "bubble" are part of the local fabric. The founder observed family members approaching retirement growing weary of active property management and concerned about a potential crash, yet not knowing how to better manage their real estate portfolios.

Montara was founded with the goal of helping our and your retiring family members eliminate property management burdens and attain higher cash flow with greater principal stability and peace of mind through new real estate products . With this goal in mind, Montara has based its business on trust, transparency and integrity.
